Shreyas Iyer has been the talk of the town after he was dropped from the 15-member squad for Asia Cup 2025.
But astrologer Greenstone Lobo has made a prediction that has shocked everyone. Lobo says that Iyer will not only make a strong comeback in the Indian team, but he can also win the World Cup for India!
Astrologer’s prediction: ‘Iyer’s star is shining’
Lobo, who calls himself a “scientific astrologer”, told TimesofIndia.com,
“Shreyas Iyer has been ignored again. Is his career going to end, or is he going to make a massive comeback? His horoscope is amazing. Born in 1994, he has Pluto in a great position, Neptune in the highest position, and three asteroids – Planet X, Planet Z, and Chiron – in a very strong position. His horoscope is so powerful that he can lead the country in one format.”
Lobo claims that Iyer’s Kundali is so strong that he will not only make a comeback, but if he is given the captaincy, he can lead India to victory in any major tournament.
He said, “If he becomes a captain as well, he can lead India to a big victory in a major tournament, even a World Cup.”
Will Iyer get the captaincy?
Lobo also said that the fact that Iyer is being ignored right now is probably good for him. He believes that the Asia Cup can be seen as a preparation for the T20 World Cup.
Lobo predicted, “Some players chosen ahead of Shreyas Iyer may not perform well. It’s unfortunate for them, but since Shreyas’ chart is fantastic, he cannot be ignored forever. Lobo believes that Iyer will also become a big name in the 50-over format.
He said, “In 2027, when the World Cup comes, Shreyas’ planets will be extremely powerful. So he will be part of the team, who knows. Hopefully, his role will be even bigger.”
Also, he warned the selectors,
“I don’t know if Gautam Gambhir and Ajit Agarkar are listening, but you cannot keep a player like Shreyas Iyer out of the team for long. If he is not included, if he doesn’t become part of the playing eleven, it will be India’s loss.”
Lobo also said that making Shubman Gill the captain of every format can leave players like Iyer behind, which will not be good for India.
He finally added, “Mark my words; Shreyas Iyer will find his place and make it to the T20 team very soon.”
