RCB’s star bowler is in big trouble now after a 17-year-old girl accused him of sexual assault. Yash Dayal faces POCSO Act allegation in Jaipur recently;
This was his second sexual assault FIR in recent times. The first FIR was registered in Ghaziabad a few weeks ago.

Cricketer Yash Dayal has been accused of multiple sexual assaults against a minor, with a new FIR being lodged against him in Jaipur, following an earlier complaint in Ghaziabad.
The latest case was filed in Jaipur, alleging that Dayal repeatedly sexually assaulted a minor, beginning in 2023 and continuing into April 2024.
New Allegations and Section Filed Against Him
The new allegations state that Dayal offered to help the then-17-year-old girl with her cricket career, which led to several incidents of assault, including an alleged rape at a hotel during IPL duty.
Sanganer Sadar police station SHO Anil Kumar Jaiman gives confirmation on Dayal’s identity in the FIR, registered on Wednesday under Section 64 of the new Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
This section prescribes a minimum jail term of 10 years, along with provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.
SHO Statement on Yash Dayal Case
“It is alleged that around two years ago, when the complainant was a minor, he raped her on multiple occasions after offering to help build her cricket career,” SHO Jaiman said.
“This year, he contacted her again while in Jaipur for IPL duty, called her to his hotel, and allegedly raped her there.”
This is a very serious allegation for a professional cricketer. With this FIR, maybe his cricketing career will end too, but only if he is found guilty.
Details About His FIRs
A previous complaint in Ghaziabad accused him of rape, where a woman alleged exploitation. His ex-girlfriend accused him of making false commitments about marrying him. These two FIRs will be a big trouble for the RCB star.
Yash Dayal faces POCSO Act allegation and rape allegation too. SHO informs the media that an FIR has been filed immediately, and the officials are looking into this case.
The police aim to collect a detailed statement from the survivor to advance their investigation.
Dayal’s arrest in the Ghaziabad case had previously been stayed by the Allahabad High Court, putting a hold on any coercive action until the next hearing.
