Three New Zealand batsmen scored brilliant centuries in the match, which is extremely rare for any team. Rachin Ravindra played a brilliant innings of 108 runs, while captain Kane Williamson scored 102 runs to put the team in a strong position.

These two batsmen together shared a partnership of 212 runs, which proved to be a turning point in the match.

Gallen Phillips also troubled the South African bowlers with his fast batting. He scored 49 runs in just 27 balls, taking New Zealand’s score to 362 runs. This score will prove to be a big challenge for any team.

South Africa’s bowlers also tried well. Lungi Ngido took four wickets, while Kagiso Rabada took two wickets. But the New Zealand batsmen presented a tough challenge to them and maintained their dominance throughout the match.

ICC CT 2025, NZ vs SA 2nd Semi-Final Match Winning Prediction

If we look at the chances of winning the match, there are many reasons in favor of New Zealand. First, a score of 362 runs will be a huge challenge for South Africa. Second, New Zealand batsmen are looking full of enthusiasm and confidence. Third, the team has many wicket-taking bowlers.

Our team experts believe that New Zealand’s chances of winning are around 75%. South Africa will find it very difficult to chase this huge score.
