Ireland faced the Wolvaardt storm in both T20Is and ODIs. Her 115 runs in the first T20I set up a 2-0 series win. The ODI series turned into her personal highlight reel though. She cracked 124 runs in the second ODI match beautifully.
Match three saw an unbeaten century of 100 from her willow. Wolvaardt racked up a massive 392 runs across formats that month. Teammate Sune Luus scored 323 runs plus eight wickets but still finished second. Shafali Verma’s 241 runs from October couldn’t touch these December 2025 numbers either.
