Arshdeep Singh is all set for the historic Test debut against England. The young fast bowler finally got his big chance to play Test cricket.

Arshdeep got injured during practice sessions a few weeks ago. He missed playing in earlier matches because of this painful injury. But now his hand feels much better, and the doctors cleared him.
The IND vs ENG 5th Test starts this Thursday at The Oval stadium. Everyone expects Arshdeep to bowl really well in his first Test match. His coaches feel very excited about watching him play.
Team India planned to use Arshdeep in the third Test match earlier. Unfortunately, his hand injury stopped him from playing that important game. Now he gets another golden opportunity to prove himself.
Why Arshdeep Makes the Team Special
Arshdeep bowls with his left hand, which makes him different. Most other Indian bowlers use their right hands to bowl fast. This difference might confuse the English batsmen during the match.
He has already played 63 T20 matches and 9 ODI games for India. Arshdeep helped India win the T20 World Cup trophy recently. His bowling skills impressed everyone who watched those exciting games.

Arshdeep’s childhood coach, Jaswant Rai, believes his student will do amazing things. Rai taught Arshdeep cricket skills when he was just a little boy. Now that boy has become India’s newest Test cricket star.
“Playing red-ball cricket for the country is the ultimate dream of any cricketer. The same is with Arshdeep,” Arshdeep’s childhood coach Jaswant Rai said.
” Wo pak chuka hai, he should get a chance to play with the red ball. He can bring the balance that India has been looking for so long.”
“He has patiently done the hard yards, and I might sound biased, but he deserves the Test cap. If not in England, then where?”
Arshdeep Singh is all set for the historic Test debut after taking 66 wickets. He took these wickets in just 21 first-class cricket matches. These numbers show he bowls really well in longer format games.
Team Changes Expected
The Indian team might rest Jasprit Bumrah for this final Test match. Bumrah has bowled in three tough matches already and needs some rest. He has taken 14 important wickets during this England tour so far.
