Kuldeep Yadav gets an unwanted record during the IND vs WI 2nd Test match. The spinner gave over 100 runs in an innings for the first time in his career. His figures read 3/104 in the second innings at stumps.
Surprisingly, this figure comes after his brilliant first innings bowling. Kuldeep had taken five wickets earlier and looked in complete control. But the West Indies batters had different plans for him in his second innings.
First Innings Hero to Second Innings Struggles
The IND vs WI 2nd Test saw two completely different versions of Kuldeep. His first innings spell had the West Indies batters completely confused. He spun the ball on both sides and kept taking wickets regularly.

But things fell apart when he came back for the second innings. John Campbell and Shai Hope both scored centuries against India. The batters started reading his variations much better this time.

The West Indies made India work extremely hard for every wicket. This was different from the first Test, where India won by an innings and 140 runs. That match ended as a massive win for the hosts.

The IND vs WI 2nd Test should end with another Indian victory. But Kuldeep will want to forget this particular bowling performance quickly.
