Punjab Kings (PBKS) defeated Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) by 37 runs in the 54th match of IPL 2025 played at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala.
Punjab batted first and scored 236/5 in 20 overs, in response to which Lucknow could only score 199/7 in 20 overs.
The brilliant performances of Prabhsimran Singh (91 runs, 48 balls) and Arshdeep Singh (3/16) played a decisive role in this brilliant victory of Punjab.

Punjab got off to a bad start with the early dismissal of Priyansh Arya (1), but Prabhsimran Singh (91 runs, 48 balls, 6 fours, 7 sixes) and Josh Inglis (30) added 48 runs for the second wicket.
Captain Shreyas Iyer (45) and Prabhsimran shared a 78-run partnership for the third wicket. After the dismissal of Nehal Vadhera (16), Shashank Singh (33) and Marcus Stoinis (15) batted aggressively in the final overs to take the score to 236.
