In the 9th match of IPL 2026, the Rajasthan Royals secured a thrilling victory by defeating the Gujarat Titans by 6 runs.
Played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, this match witnessed tremendous batting displays from both teams; however, in the end, it was Rajasthan’s bowling attack that turned the tide of the game.
Batting first, the Rajasthan Royals posted a total of 210 runs in their allotted 20 overs. For the team, Dhruv Jurel played a magnificent innings of 75 runs, while Yashasvi Jaiswal provided a strong start by scoring 55 runs.

However, the turning point of the match arrived when Ravi Bishnoi delivered a brilliant bowling performance, claiming 4 wickets.
By consistently dismissing key batsmen, he stifled Gujarat’s scoring rate.
In the final stages, Shahrukh Khan and Rashid Khan attempted to score runs quickly, but the team could only manage to reach 204/8 in their 20 overs.
