    Finn Allen just wrote his name in cricket history books. The New Zealand batter scored a century in just 34 balls. This broke the previous MLC record by six whole balls. Nicholas Pooran held the old record with 40 balls.

    San Francisco Unicorns faced Washington Freedom in MLC 2025’s opening match. The Unicorns lost the toss and batted first. Allen made this decision look brilliant with his explosive batting. He turned the match into a one-sided affair early.
