Hasin Jahan accuses ex-husband Mohammed Shami of being greedy and selfish. The Calcutta High Court made an important decision about money. The court told Shami to pay money to his family.
The court ordered Mohammed Shami to pay ₹4 lakh every month. This money will go to his ex-wife and daughter. Hasin Jahan will get ₹1.5 lakh each month for herself.
Their daughter Aaira will receive ₹2.5 lakh every month from her father. The court also said Shami must pay money from past years. He owes money for the last seven years of support. This decision came under a special law that protects women.
Court Changes Previous Decision
A lower court had given Hasin Jahan much less money before. The High Court judges did not like that small amount. They decided to give her more money than before.

Justice Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee explained why this money was needed now. He said both Hasin and Aaira need financial help immediately. The judge wants them to have stability until everything gets sorted.
The court used the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. This law helps women who face problems at home. It makes sure they get proper financial support from their husbands.
Hasin Jahan’s Angry Words
After the court decision, Hasin Jahan spoke on Instagram angrily. Hasin Jahan accuses Shami of being greedy and having no character. She posted messages criticizing her ex-husband’s behavior and attitude.
“We have been involved in a legal battle for 7 years. What did you (Shami) gain from it? Because of being characterless, greedy, and mean-minded, you destroyed your own family.” Jahan wrote in the post.
She said Shami thinks too much about himself and money. Hasin Jahan accuses ex-husband Mohammed Shami of forgetting his family completely. She claims he never tries to contact them or help.
“Lekin yad rakhna jitne bhi unsocial log apko moral support de raha hai wo apki gunahon par support de raha hai,jis din apka waqt bura shuru hoga yehi log apka jina haram kar dega inshallah yakin rakhe (But remember, all the antisocial people who are giving you moral support are supporting you in your crimes, the day your times start going bad, these people will ruin your life, inshallah keep it in mind),” she added.
Future Financial Support
The court told Shami he could give more money voluntarily. He can pay extra for his daughter’s education and needs. The judge wants him to think about Aaira’s future expenses.

Hasin Jahan accuses Shami of not caring about their daughter’s welfare. She hopes the court order will make him more responsible. The monthly payments will continue until the main case ends.
