    BCCI today released the full schedule of IPL 2025. This time the tournament will start from March 22 and will run till May 25. Let’s know the most important things of this season.

    IPL 2025 Schedule Announced

    First and last match in Kolkata

    The first match of the tournament will be held at Eden Gardens in Kolkata, where the defending champion Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will face Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). The final will also be played in Kolkata.

    What is special this time?

    • There will be a total of 74 matches
    • Matches will be played in 13 cities
    • The tournament will run for 65 days
    • Each team will play at least 14 matches

    Playoff schedule

    • Qualifier 1 and Eliminator – in Hyderabad
    • Qualifier 2 and Final – in Kolkata
    • Final match – on May 25

    CSK vs MI’s great match

    IPL’s biggest rivalry, this time there will be two matches between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. One match will be played in Chennai and the other in Mumbai.
