The CoE delivered the final verdict about Hardik Pandya. India will play against Afghanistan starting June 13th. The Center of Excellence confirmed that Hardik Pandya is fit to play. Great news for India basically.

An official clearance certificate was issued as team management had already received it. Hardik Pandya Injury Update is now positive. He can definitely play the series.

Hardik missed several IPL matches with a back spasm. Playing for the Mumbai Indians though he came back for the last match. The last IPL match before the playoffs.

Missed matches worried everyone honestly but he’s recovered now completely. The CoE assessment was thorough. They checked everything properly. Back feels strong now and is ready to contribute to India.

The Afghanistan series starts soon. Hardik will be crucial there. All-rounder role is his strength. His batting and bowling both matter. The ODI World Cup 2027 is coming and Hardik needs to be fit.

For preparation going forward basically. The Afghanistan series is perfect timing to get some matches before the World Cup.

    Other Players’ Fitness Concerns

Rohit Sharma’s report is still pending. The ex-captain has hamstring issues from IPL 2026. Like Hardik basically with injuries. But different body parts hurt.

Rohit will be tested soon before the Afghanistan series starts. His fitness clearance is uncertain as he might miss some matches. Everything depends on the final verdict.

Virat Kohli has been ruled out of the complete series. Hamstring tear from IPL final during RCB championship win. The injury was serious apparently.

He needs 6 weeks of recovery, as no surgery is required fortunately. But 6 weeks is long. Missing Afghanistan series completely. That’s a big blow for India. Kohli was expected to play.

Hardik Pandya Injury Update – Final Verdict Impact

The Final Verdict on Hardik is positive, as India got good news. Having him fit matters a lot. All-rounder balance will be restored and bowling options will be more varied. Batting gets another capable hand.

But other injuries are problematic. Harshit Rana has a ligament strain. Might get cleared around June 17th, after the ODI series starts basically. Late entry if he gets fit.

Varun Chakravarthy has a hairline fracture. From IPL stint with KKR during IPL. Got injured during the tournament, and his status is also uncertain. The three-match ODI series looks tricky. Multiple players are dealing with injuries.

The Final Verdict on fitness keeps changing for different players. Hardik Pandya Injury Update is good but the bigger picture looks complicated. India will have selection headaches as depth will be tested badly.

Against Afghanistan, India will be missing some key players. Makes preparation harder really. But Afghanistan is beatable, even without some players. India should manage somehow.
