Tilak Varma’s extraordinary performance in the South Africa series has catapulted him 69 places to enter the top 10 T20I batting rankings. Scoring 280 runs, including two consecutive centuries, Varma was named Player of the Series and now sits at the third spot, overtaking captain Suryakumar Yadav, who is ranked fourth.
