The seating capacity of Narendra Modi Stadium is more than 1 lakh, which is about 30,000 more than Eden Gardens. That means more fans, more fun! The date of the final can also be extended from May 30 to June 1.
Talking about the playoffs, the qualifiers and eliminators will be held in Hyderabad and Kolkata. Hyderabad will host Qualifier 1 and Eliminator on 20 and 21 May, while Kolkata will host Qualifier 2 on 23 May. But it now seems almost certain that the final will go to Ahmedabad.
