This video shows Team India’s intense preparations at Kolkata’s Eden Gardens. Watching the video, it feels like they’re standing there in person.
The ground staff is preparing the field. The players are perfecting every skill. The video really has it all, from fielding drills to net practice.
IND vs SA Test at Eden Gardens
Captain Shubman Gill and coach Gautam Gambhir arrived in Kolkata. No days off. Gill spent over 90 minutes in the nets. Worked on timing and balance. Initially, he had a long conversation with Gambhir and assistant coach Sitanshu Kotak, probably about the batting plan.
Jasprit Bumrah was testing Yashasvi Jaiswal and Gill. Gambhir was keeping an eye on everyone. Bowling coach Morne Morkel was bowling himself. Gill started with spinners Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar. Then he faced Nitish Kumar Reddy and local bowlers.
