Yuvraj Singh’s father and former cricketer Yograj Singh revealed that if he was made the head coach of Team India, how would he train legendary players like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.

Why talk of excluding Rohit and Kohli?
Recently, during a podcast conversation, Yograj Singh was asked that if he was given the command of the Indian team, what changes would he bring? To this, he gave a blunt answer.
“Why talk of excluding these players?”
He said, “If you make me the coach, then with these players I will prepare such a team that will be impossible to beat!”
Yograj believes that Rohit and Kohli are going through a tough phase, but instead of excluding them, they should be given a chance to make a comeback through domestic cricket and hard training.
Yograj Singh further said that he prepares the team in his own way.
“I will make Rohit Sharma run 20 kms, which will strengthen both his fitness and mindset!
He also stressed that when players are in bad form, the team management is in a hurry to drop them. Whereas, with the right training and right mentorship, they can be strengthened.
Yograj Singh also made it clear that for him all players are equal.
“I have never differentiated between Yuvraj and other players, not even Dhoni. But what is wrong is wrong.”
He was pointing out that the selection in the team should be based on merit, not personal likes and dislikes.
Preparation for England tour, big changes in Test team
The Indian team is now preparing to play a five-match Test series against England. According to sources, some big Test players can also be included in the India A team so that they can regain form in red-ball cricket.
The series will start from May 30, which is immediately after the final of IPL 2025.
Now it remains to be seen whether Rohit and Kohli are able to bring back their lost form or not!
