Cricket sponsorship deals always attract genuine attention from fans and businesses. A fresh commercial announcement has now grabbed widespread public interest. Here is the complete picture behind this developing sponsorship story.

BCCI Signs New Sponsorship With Three Major Brands
The BCCI signs new sponsorship deals with Campa Cola, ChatGPT and SBI Life. These brands become official associate partners for Team India’s home matches. This agreement covers 35 home international matches played by India.
These partnerships were finalized while BCCI continues searching for a primary sponsor. The board began this sponsorship process back in July, 2026. It issued formal tender invitations for title sponsorship and associate partner rights.
Campa Cola Wins Bidding War for Team India
Campa Cola, owned by Reliance Consumer Products, emerged as the highest bidder overall. The brand offered ₹1.31 crore per match for these valuable partner rights.
Bisleri and Indian Oil Corporation reportedly bid slightly lower at ₹1.2 crore. Campa Cola’s higher offer ultimately secured this important sponsorship agreement successfully.
This partnership gives Campa Cola strong exposure across India’s massive cricket audience. It also expands the beverage brand’s presence within the competitive Indian market.
ChatGPT and SBI Life Join Team India’s Sponsors List
ChatGPT and SBI Life both secured matching bids of ₹1.2 crore each. ChatGPT’s inclusion brings a prominent technology and AI brand into cricket sponsorship.
SBI Life continues its long-standing association with Indian cricket through this deal. Together, these three brands create a genuinely diversified sponsorship portfolio for BCCI.
Campa Cola represents beverages, SBI Life represents insurance and ChatGPT represents technology. These sponsorship packages also extend across domestic competitions like the Ranji Trophy.
Timeline Behind This BCCI Sponsorship Announcement
The board initially set August 13 as the title sponsorship bidding deadline. August 25 was set separately for associate partner quotation submissions too.
Since no primary sponsor emerged by late August, BCCI extended this deadline further. The new associate partner deadline was pushed forward to September 7 instead. The previous title sponsorship agreement had already ended back in August 2026.
This left the title sponsor position vacant while BCCI finalized fresh arrangements. Fans can expect further updates once a primary sponsor is officially confirmed.
